Indianapolis Zoo

First staff to welcome us in seemed very depressed and unhappy to be working there. I get there are bad days, but you should never show them to customers, especially where children are the primary target base. This is coming from someone who works for customer service for a living.

We loved the penguin and dolphin exhibits. The new orangutan exhibit is really cool.

The zoo is always fun for the kids. Today it was chilly so it seemed a lot of the animals were hiding out. I wish the zoo boo went all day instead of starting at two. We got there earlier and left just as the gigantic crowd was coming in for zoo boo. Think be less crowded at once and more enjoyable if times were more spread out.

Trying to get out of the parking lot at Christmas at the zoo took 45 mons

the monkey exhibit was the best part of the zoo

Most of the exhibits were under construction. The tiger, lions, cheetah, butterflies and the wild dogs were all NOT available. If I wasn't a member I would have asked for my money back.
