This gas station scamming people ? I was told that I couldn't trade in my winning lottery ticket and get another one. Now I tried to trade it in at another store and they said it's already redeemed. I scratched this ticket myself and have not let it out of my purse since, until 7-11 last night. I will contact Florida Lottery about this.
