I don't usually go to 7-Eleven because the price tend to be high and the Customer Service tends to be low. At this particular 7-Eleven the customer service has been awful at times, although it seems to be improving a bit. I just never feel comfortable here because I feel as though I am being watched by the employees. I feel as though they don't trust people and are waiting for them to do something wrong! It's hard to explain but I have always felt this way at this particular store. Again, it seems to be a bit better for whatever reason.

Stopped here before going to the movies, to buy candy and such. They have a great variety of junk food and that's what we were after! The store was very clean and very well organized which makes it very inviting.

What can I say about 7-11? It was okay. I do like the selection of products sold here. However, the prices are quite high and the customer service ranges from okay to horrible depending on the day. I must say they have improved a little bit in their customer service lately so maybe they've been spoken to about it! But they do nothing to make you feel appreciated for being their customer - at this location I should add.

When I go to 7-Eleven, it is usually just because of convenience. The 7-Eleven in my city is just so unwelcoming. The employees, if they speak English, are not the least bit friendly. You feel like an un-welcome guest. I really don't think they even know how to smile. I often go there to use the ATM machine because it is free. The last couple times, the ATM machine was out of receipt paper and I told the employee at the counter. He didn't seem very concerned about it and the next time I went it was still out of paper a week later. I just really don't have anything positive to say about the employees or their customer service.
