Too loud of music and parking garage unsafe

It was very busy considering it was NYE but the staff was not friendly and the restrooms were not kept up as the staff that I did see in there didn't seem to want to deal with it. They just kept passing it off to someone else.

Just went for some fun and walked out gaining.

I Love going to The Spread which is the Buffet at the Casino, but I have noticed that the quality of the food has definitely gone down over the past 6 months.

Overall the food was great, I would like to have a drink station put in. It's hard to find someone to get a drink of soda when you playing the slots.

We had our company xmas dinner at jack binions steakhouse. My husband and I have eaten here several times in the past and loved it. This visit the service and food were excellent. However, we were not given the players club pricing on the steaks and did not realize a 20% tip was already included in our bill. Overall, our experience was great and we will definitely return; however, it was a pain to try and get our additional tip refunded.

I handed my server my total rewards card but she did not give me member pricing for the 8 steaks I purchased for my companies Xmas party. Also did not mention the 20% gratuity automatically added on. Extremely annoying. I tipped another 20% not knowing. Really don't want to re-analyze what everyone ordered while paying my check. Ticket was out of order. Also crab meat on my potato which I did not order.

Stopped in to check it out just gamble with A couple hundred. Lost but the casino was really cool
