The staff is very courteous and efficient. The deals are pretty good. I am an avid coffee rewards consumer.

I used my app coupon (buy a salad get free chips). The clerk told me it would not scan (without trying). I was confused because I never had a problem before. I had the feeling he did not want to take the coupon. In the end I spoke to the manager who scan the coupon and said it was fine.
