I lost money in the lottery machine and the guy refused to give me my money back right then said it was store policy that when that happens the person must come back the next day to get the money I felt very uncomfortable leaving without it so I made the worker sign a paper saying when I come back I will get my $20. I feel like he should have been able to give me the money from his drawer and just explain what happened
