We came in to get our free slurpie for 7-11 and your times were falsely advertised and were not informed until we already filled our cups. If we knew the smalls were not going to be free then we would have done refills which would have been cheaper. We had plans to visit 7-11 all day but we won't because your customer service was terrible and we ended up paying for something we were not intending to. We get slurpies every time we come to Florida and almost every day on our stay but from now on we will take our service elsewhere. Thank you for your time and hopefully you don't disappoint anyone else today with your false advertisement.
