The only complaint is that you can't do the entire transaction at the pump. You have to go inside the store to see the clerk.

You cannot pay at the pump. You its prepay inside store. Pumps have been this way for along time or they are broken and not in service. Cashier would not change amount of purchase from 10 gallons to 20.
