When I arrived the cashier was being trained on what looked like a closing procedure - I waited about 2 minutes before being helped. I have no issues waiting my turn, however I was made to wait for his convenience (he was leaving and wanted to train her before he left), and she didn't receive proper training because he rushed through it. I'll still come again obviously, but training should happen right if at all - learning shouldn't be rushed. She had no chance of keeping up or retaining the info.
