The line was long but I attribute it to the big lotto drawing tonight. The staff was in a good mood none the less.

Good atmosphere!

Well we always stop here on the weekend for a fill up if gas and some food and drinks. My hubby likes the lotto and so there ya go. But today there was a young lady teller who must have skipped customer empathy training- she put the info in wrong and did not like being told that she did something wrong- cause she got real loud and argued that she put the lotto info in correctly- it's truly easy to get info mixed up but she refused to admit that she was in the wrong nor did she offer any type of apology. Just felt totally weird in there today- not a good look
