Quick in and out - had what I needed

Needed gas and had been to the station before. Bathroom was nasty. Took forever to get a pump outside.

Staff was hanging out chatting when customers waiting for service

When we are on trips, we choose BP because they are normally clean and easy to get in and out. That wasn't the case here. The gas pumps had trash all over the place, the bathrooms weren't clean, and we definitely didn't move fast. We will still use BP, but this experience was not one that met the quality standards we expected from BP.
