It was 8:30 and the store had already closed and made it window only. Which is usually only supposed to be window only at 10:00. Pretty sure the employees there were just closing early not wanting to deal with customers.

I went in to get fuel for my generator went in and pre paid inside. I went to pump the fuel and it stopped at .13 cents. I go back in to tell the man the pump stopped at .13 cent. He said the woman was working on the system. He said he could refund my money if I would pay him the .13 cent that I had gotten. I told him I would show him the can. Even though the pump showed I had received .13 cent in fuel none was in the can. He wouldn't give me my money back till I paid the .13 cent. So I paid it and left. It's not about the .13 cent. It's about not getting a drop of gas for it.
