Ok store, could use an update and healthy food options

I was traveling from VT to OH and this was one of my gasoline stops.

Clean station

It was quick, they had what wanted and the employee was very nice

No line!

Wish they has healthy food options

Big gas station w/ a lot of merchandise to chose from

The visit was efficient. The bathrooms were acceptable and we choose some prepackaged food items. I was disappointed you did not carry sparkling water. Also, we had a gift card (BP) without a scan strip that the cashier couldn't figure out how to use. The manager took several minutes finishing up a personal conversation before helping us. Very frustrating.

Transform to an environmentally friendly company...BP still hasnt cleaned up their devastation...Where are your plug ins for electric cars?

I pulled up to a pump and it was stuck on "enter loyalty rewards" ---of which I was not a member. I wouldn't reset and not one person cared inside. No apology, no offer to put a sign on the pump. I refuse to give patronage to companies that make it difficult to pay you. Too many choices in this world to deal with your inadequate business behavior. Harsh but true.
