BP has the worst pumps in Ohio. 80% of the time the receipt printers are down. Does no one monitor these? I pay at the pump so I don't have to go inside. With what we pay in gas costs you would think BP could source printers that work.

The pump receipt printers almost never work. I use self serve to save time. Having to go in the store negates that.
