Our first room smelt like sewer. Murrow was falling off and TV didn't work. Had to wait almost 2 whole days for a new room.

Buffet was not worth it. Way to expensive and food was cold

I attended an event at Hyde and was very disappointed that they started taking down decor while event was still going on. Even asked us to step out of the way so they can clear it out.

I expected better

My wallet was stollen from my purse. How satisfied was I ??? Nobody really cared when we went to security.
