Bathrooms were gross, and the sandwich I bought wasn't the right sandwich (I grabbed a turkey and bacon and when I opened it, it was ham and American).

Gas was more expensive than other locations and it seems to not last as long.

I am handicapped and parked in a handicap spot with my placard clearly displayed. An employee was standing outside chatting with someone. My issue with this is this person was not handicapped, was not parked in a spot and I actually had to walk AROUND her car to get into the building since she was parked directly in front of the door. The employee did NOT bother to point the situation out to them, nor did they ask them to move their car. I would hate BP to be penalized by someone checking up to see if the disability act is being followed. No matter how fabulous my experience was inside the building, I would definitely think twice before I patronized there again.
