The floor was a mess and there were no straws stocked for soda.

Paid for a car wash at the gas pump while purchasing gas. Drive to the car wash and it is not working. Go inside and tell the staff. They tell me I can take my receipt to another BP, go inside, and get a new receipt for car wash. I said no; refund my money. I do not have time to go into another store and wait in another line. Did anyone think to put up a SIGN alerting customers that the car wash was not working? The inconvenience just lost me as a customer.
