I hate when the machines are slow. Or they ask too many questions. Do you want a car wash? No. Wait... What's your zip code? Wait.. Wrong zip code, wait.. see attendant. I want to pull up hit debit or credit and pump my gas. Could make a way to put cash into the machine because no one likes going inside if they don't have to.
