The movie was great. The service was not.

They were not equipped to handle the crowds on valentines. Everything was running late and the lines to get into the movie were chaos. They made everyone remain in the lobby. There weren't lines for specific theaters. It was a mess. Some people were late for their movies because they couldn't get thru the mass of people. They needed que lines for each theater.

The popcorn was a quite stale. And the concession stand no longer offers snow caps. Wow.
