Loyalty points lost because of credit card failed transaction-

I had a pretty bad experience, the pump was broken and the manager tried to tell me that I still had to pay for "gas" that I bought, when the meter started to run but no gas ever went in the car. I went inside to get help to see what was going on 3 times and the attendant would not come outside. Simply said I can't do anything about it you have to pay.
