I went to purchase gas and placed the nozzle in the tank and used the latch to old the handle. as I was waiting for my tank to fill, all of a sudden I hear something spilling. I looked down to see gasoline spewing out of my tank. the cut off mechanism had failed. gas was everywhere, on the ground, on my car, on my clothes and shoes!! I was no where near my home so I had to go to the nearest clothing store to buy new clothes.
