When we went in, we walked to the section which was the in-house Baskin Robbins. We were there a couple of minutes, before we accepted that we were not going to be waited on. (There was only one other customer in the store) Then, the manager came out of the office area, saw us, and called for the employee. She came out and got our ice cream for us, and it was fine. We then looked in the refrigerated sandwich case, where there were only 5 or 6 sandwiches, none of which were what we wanted. (Pimento cheese) The manager was very friendly and offered us napkins, etc.
