I have had a Conoco account for over 39 years. In good standing. I've had problems using my card and have tried to resolve it for over a year. Their customer service sucks. I'm on a road trip and using my wife's card (same account) because it works. I posted a negative Tweet to the Conoco account - nothing. After this trip I'm done with them.
