I went to this She'll/Conoco for the purpose of washing my car. The car wash was extremely frustrating. First of all you have to go inside the store to get your car washed paid for. I don't know if you guys realize that no other car wash place makes you go inside to pay for the wash. There's always a pay at the entrance pin pad. Once I entered the car wash it wouldn't ever signal me when my car was in the right place so I had to roll back and forth a lot to figure it out. I think the bulb next to the word stop was probably burned out because the other two bulbs next to go forward and go backward were working fine. About halfway through the car wash I noticed a sign on the wall to my left saying that cars had to be turned off during the car wash. It was barely readable as it had been faded and it did not make clear the reason why the car needed to be turned off. I've never been told to stop the engine during a car wash before. The most frustrating thing is that I paid eight dollars and my car did not completely get clean. I paid for a super wash and did not get what I paid for. I am assuming this review is about the Shell/Conoco in Fraser, Colorado. I had also stopped at the Shell/Conoco in Winter Park about 2 miles away but I could not get a car wash there because the car wash was broken, and literally half of the gas pumps were not working properly. Whoever is managing the Shell/Conoco stations in this area is not doing a great job!
