Excellent service. Very clean facility.

The staff was more interested in taking then helping. Only 1 person working the front with a line and the same person was doing food orders and toy redemption.

The staff needs to smile more and be more friendly. They need more game attendants also

Was there for a birthday party so only spent money on a snack.

My son was disappointed because a lot of the machine don't give out many tickets.

it was filthy and half the games were broken. would not recommend
