It was fun for the kids & much better than I expected. The pizza looked questionable though, so we ate dinner somewhere else- and multiple tables had not been bussed the entire time we were there.

Workers were on their cell phones and had friends in the store just standing around. Not very professional all at all

It is SO LOUD in there! I took my two year old and I could not even THINK or HEAR because of the loud music. The games are so loud too! No staff walks around or interacts with kids or parents. They stand behind the counter and talk the whole time. Nobody was at the door when we left, anyone could have taken my kid! The employees had no idea what was going on. Very bad service! Not surprising because everyone working there was probably 18 years old at the most. Very disappointing.
