I had to go to 3 pumps before I found one that worked. I had three cranky kids in the car and I only chose this gas station because it was on the way home. After I finally found a working pump, it took almost 10 minutes to put $10 in. At the end my kids were crying and I was beyond frustrated with the whole situation.
