Since being taken over by a new owner, this location (1792 & 436) has completely gone down the tubes. Food and beverage isn't being restocked, suddenly no lotto etc. The worst part, is the sudden change of the prepaid cash card amount....for MONTHS, it was .10 off, until one day I came in and filled up my card ($50) with ZERO notification or a sign stating that the amount had been changed to .03 off. Per gallon, that is a MASSIVE difference. After complaining about being ripped off they refused to refund the money on my card. Now I've heard the owner is dropping night hours to start closing at 10pm.... When I spoke to the new "owner" he had zero empathy, and blamed everything on Citgo 100%. This franchise will clearly be exchanging hands again soon.
