Staff friendly, but first car had a strong cigarette odor, was given a lower class car than I reserved as a replacement, and it was not clean. Due to time, I kept the replacement vehicle.

The employees need to be friendlier. The car wasn't all that clean. Lots of stain on the seat, the fan belt squeaks. Doesn't seem to take care of their fleet. Also the gas tank was half empty. No apologies. It makes me feel like they won't accurately charge me for fill up when I return the car.
