They didn't know how to reset oil light and they did not vacuum my van and it said it was done and it's not the first time I have been dissatisfied with them

tech attempted to close my hood without dipstick being in place and caused damage. later denied it.

No sense of urgency. 1 vehicle in bay and 1 in front of me outside. Said it would be at least an hour and to come back tomorrow. Didn't even offer the option to wait.
