This Hess is horrendous when it comes to trying to shopping if it's after 11:00pm. The door will be locked because they only have one person working and they won't answer the door even if you keep knocking They are clearly open. I understand that the night person has to stick the cooler, and prep for the mini Dunken doughnuts. However causes this store to loose a lot of buisyness.

This Hess is bad for the employees locking the door. Around 11:00pm they were locked. An hour later they were still locked. The employee didn't seem to be doing anything.

After 11:30 to 12:30 and after, employe has door locked , and doesn't respond to knocking at door and window. Had to go half mile north to get what I wanted to buy.
