It seems that it's cleaner than it used to be. The food also tastes better than I remember. Great improvements in the franchise.

We were told once we placed the food order that it'll arrive at our table within 10 mins...it took 30 mins instead and the French fries were cold and the pizza luke warm. Staff seemed to be confused about questions asked when it came to the playing machines and people were rude.

I was not happy being there at all. Half the machines didn't have any tickets to give out and there was not a single employee on the floor to resolve the issue. Whenever I did see an employee they didn't seem to care. I put my baby sister on a ride where chuckie also rides his bike right on top and an employee just comes barging in the middle of her ride and tries to fix chuckie who wasn't going around the circle. It was rude and he could have waited a minute. Not happy at all.
