Fun Halloween decorations and costumed staff

Place was very clean and love the security method of stamping on hands when u enter

Buffet dessert needed refreshing but everything else was good

Bathrooms need consistent attention.

Fun even when crowded

We were there for a birthday party. Our party host was really great. Our kids had a ton of fun. My only complaint was that we had to tip the party host by cash. They wouldn't let us tip herby card. Which was very inconvenient, because nobody had cash on them. And we didn't know that ahead of time.

My children had a blast as usual.

I spent $30 in tokens and did not intend to. I asked for a return but the sales person refused. Did not even show a little sympathy. Bad attitudes.
