Good location, not many other competitors close

It was just off the road in the direction I was going, I used the restroom, and had to ask for a key despite having walked right past the man at the counter who was talking on the phone, and the other man who was standing at the counter with him. Neither of them acknowledged me, or spoke to me when handing me the key. The restroom was filthy, and had no soap in the dispenser. I purchased gas, before I went in, so I was a paying customer.
