Sorry to say, but very mediocre staff

Went because I had a loan previously. First there was like 4 people in there and one worker. So it was a extremely long wait. The worker seemed annoyed and angry as well. Then after Waiting I go and they tell I can't have a loan because previously o worked at at a check cashing place and now I work at a bank so they don't loan to people in the industry even though I had a loan that I paid in good standing.
