when inquiring about service dogs and them staying with guest, the night lady just giggled and had no idea what I was asking.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would say is that we stayed 2 nights for a mini vacation. We were in the room during the morning and left late morning. We left the cleaning staff know we were leaving and would be gone till about 4, however when we returned no one had been in our room to clean up. We are not messy people but it would have been nice to have someone at least check our rio. For towels and coffee supplies. But we did enjoy our stay and would visit again.
