Best corner store and best dollar coffee

This is the best corner store ever. I go there for as much as I can, even if it costs a little more. Nina, the owner, dotes on my kids. Val, a clerk has become a close friend. The store is ALWAYS clean. Transactions for others are fast. Mine take longer because I'm always chatting away with the staff. We've become friends. I love that such an awesome shop is so close to my house. I will always support this business.
