It's a small lot with not enough space to be mobile. There's a food stand on the sidewalk, which a customer purchased food from. They chose to pull up to a gas station pump and sit there to eat the food during a period when the gas station was busy. They weren't even parked on the same side they're gas goes in. I wish there was more room there.
