Bathrooms wasn't clean

Let me start off by saying I will never come back here again. I pull up and ask for gas. The man laughs in my face which I find disrespectful. Then when the gas is finished pumping. He takes my money and doesn't give me change. I call him over then he finally gives me my change. But he gave me all ones. He gave me ten one dollar bills. I promise I will never come back here again. You Indians come over here and think you can get whatever you want.
