Last 2 months no cars to choose from. Staff is great

Asked for a large car as a compact car is small. Was told to call back to change it out but that is all they had at the moment. Called back next day, she pretty much said there is a very slim chance I will get something bigger. I am working on changing to another rental agency right now as this is unacceptable and quite inconvenient for my family. Will not be using them again.
