Days Inn N Orlando/Casselberry

The management was rude and the staff didn't inform of weekly rates and I was overcharged and manager didn't care.

For this stay, I will never ever spend a night at any days inn ever! This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. The sheets bad old body fluids left on the bed, the tub was dirty. The towels was old and ruff. They said they didn't have extra blankets to give us we could take breakfast back to the room. The pool/hot tub wasn't clean. They had no intentions of cleaning it. It was just a mess. No customer service. They need to remodel that entire hotel. I'm sorry. Two thumbs down.
