Life Saving from a potential Christmas disaster. It was 2:15 am early Christmas day. Just after fulfilling my Santa duties to my daughter for later that morning, I realized (gasp) WE WERE OUT OF BREAD. Being a mommy to an overly picky nearly three year old and making a dinner she's never eaten for the holiday, I was going to need bread in anticipation of the last minute peanut butter and jelly sandwich I was expecting to have to make. Not a single grocery store was going to open!!! And I had also planned on making cranberry apple cream cheese filled french toast roll ups for breakfast. OMG!!! What was I going to do. I quickly called another Speedway slightly closer to my house just to see if they were indeed open THIS 24hrs. Yes they were but they hadn't gotten any bread with their bakery and were (gasp) out. So then I contacted this one with one odd 2:30 am request. Do you have bread? The answer was yes. ONE!!! Could you save it for me (fingers crossed) Yes she did. The poor young woman working was very friendly and fast as well. All around an A+ experience. Thank you for saving my Christmas!
