Bathrooms were clean. Employees greeted me when I entered the store.

Horrible. I had two coupons for two free drinks. Got up to the counter and because YOUR system was down they wouldn't let me use my coupons. I ended up putting back the other 4 drinks I grabbed and went to a station down the street.
