Kwik Trip

Great experience again :) The fuel pumped quickly and was easy to pay for and the drink from the soda fountain was cool and tasty. Thank you guys.

Always try to stop at Kwik Trip .. Love their muffins.. Coffee.. Soup ..food .. Staff is friendly very clean stores very consistent .. Prices are great ..

Typically I have a really good experience at this Kwik Trip, however, this trip wasn't very good. I had run out of fuel, my husband cancelled our joint account, and the bank was closed for the day so I was unable to reach them. So I had no money. This had happened twice before- I'm not the best at planning and constantly at my last dollar- but this Kwik Trip had in the past been understanding to my plight. My mother could go to another Kwik Trip, purchase a gift card, and transfer money to the one I was at that way. But this time, I was treated like a thief by the manager. She kept saying that she had to talk to a person- I suggested she call the Kwik Trip my mother was at, the ONLY ONE in Holmen, but she refused, saying she couldn't be assured that was the one my mother was at, and talking to the store personnel there wouldn't work. So I was able to text my mother to call the store I was at- by that time she had had to wait for quite a long time at her location. Then it took another fifteen minutes on the phone to actually make the transaction. The second the transaction went through, I started crying. I had my 4-year-old autistic son with me and he was so upset. If I could have left, I would have.
