Not the scariest of places to stay but definitely lacking in experienced employees. Can't complain to much, staff was nice for the most part. They did charge us for things we didn't want. Had a shuttle to go to ny Presbyterian hospital where nobody told us we would be charged for it. We got a $300 bill on the third day of stay. Never mind it only comes 2 times a day. Don't miss it! They told us all the details except anything about rates. Kind of a scam. Got charged for premium Internet for 3 days that we never wanted and they refused to give a refund. ????
