The staff was very nice and accommodating. My only real issue involved the indoor swimming pool. I could've stayed at many other places I chose this one because of the indoor swimming pool. I had 2 of my grandchildren with me who wanted badly to swim. When we arrived Sat afternoon pool was closed for maintenance - ok no problem. They can just swim tomorrow - next morning still closed for maintenance - didn't know exactly how much longer it should be. Then in the afternoon when we returned I called again about the pool and was told the issue is a mold problem from the heated pool. But if ur kids aren't asmatic it can be used. Ok, we went and checked it out. The whole room just about was covered in mold spores - walls, vents. The smell of it was horrible. I just got my grandbabies out and said you're not swimming even if u aren't asmatic I feared a mold spore could be breathed into their lungs and cause pneumonia and some type of very bad infection. Now I don't know why the pool has an issue but I do feel like it should have been recognized b4 it got that bad. Everything else was perfect!!!!
