Difficulty getting car due to floods in South Carolina. First car I rented had mechanical issue. Had to drive to local airport for replacement. Staff there were unfriendly and acted like I was a just complaining. Car they clave me was filthy both inside and outside. Looked like it hardened been cleaned for at least a week. I was totally disgusted but needs the car. The drop office office staff were great. Friendly and accommodating even asked if I needed a ride home. I called customer service but no response from regional Manager. I always use enterprise for car rentals and I'm totally disgusted with the dirty car

would like to be able to rent trucks at local stores. and not have to drive two hours away.
