I usually rent from Avis but they didn't have any cars today. When I went to Enterprise to pick up my car I entered their store and I went over to the counter. I was not greeted by an employee at the counter and he didn't even look at me. I felt invisible. Another employee walked in from outside and didn't ask if I needed help either. Another customer came in and was also ignored. It doesn't take much to greet a customer and let them know you will be with them shortly.
