Lovely hotel at first glance but many issues with paint when looking closer. Staff including general manager were very baffled at how to provide a receipt when checking out.

Worst experience ever! Canceled my reservation without contact so after driving all day we got to town and had no place to stay. Made a new reservation and came back next day to check in (ONLY abc we had no other options) and they made me sit in my car in the heat until my boyfriend got off, would not let me check in without him. Then, they opened our package that we had shipped to the hotel and told us 4 times that it wasn't delivered before finally handing it over. Rooms are large but floors are stained and it smells funny. Coffee pot had stuff floating in it, shower had hair in drain and hair on walls. I travel regularly for work, and this trip goes down in the books as the worst hotel stay ever!!'
