To much bleach for cleaning but otherwise loved it!

I'll definitely be back!

Great time at meeting

I went and visited a friend at the Double tree.

Noisy all night

They need to work on their management. Overbooked the hotel and I had no room when I arrived.

Very dissapointed, first room a/c didnt work, 10 min. after I got to the room maintenance came and 2 min later he said he fixed it and for me to wait 10 min to be sure or call again. I waited 10 min and room was still very hot so I called the reception and they said they will give me the only room available which was a handycap (fine with me) waited for 10 more min they never brought the key or call me back so I walked to the Lobby with my luggage to get it. Got to the "new room" it was dirty, (beer bottle in the trash, soap used, toilet paper in the toilet) so I went back to talk to the manager, she gave me another room with the water all over the floor (water dripping from the a/c) when I called to tell her she asked if I wanted someone to come clean it. I was so exhausted after a 13 hr work day and the way this problem was being handled I said "No" cleaned it myself with towels, put the ice bucket to catch the water (was half full next morning) I stayed in hotels all the time for work and this has been the worst experience by far in 15 years. It took the an hour and 3 rooms (every one with issues) to get me situated.
